The Northeast Cobb Family YMCA appreciates the widespread interest in Healthy Adults Day, including individuals from the community as well as local businesses. Please note the date change.

The first annual Healthy Adults Day will move to the second half of 2023 to prevent a conflict with a similar event on May 17: The Cobb County Senior Services Expo & Marketplace at the Cobb Civic Center.

Shifting Healthy Adults Day -  a combination health fair, networking day and wellness information event - spreads out the opportunity for people to connect with their community. The original date had been May 20. Stand by for the new time for this free community day.

The pandemic challenged all of us to stay healthy, connected and sharp. As the world changed, maturing adults may have been cut off from their communities, friends and routines.

That inspired Healthy Adults Day - a community event at the Northeast Cobb Family YMCA offered as a way to regain connections, fill in emptiness and fortify overall wellness.
